- The cottage lies on the minor road running through the village.
- The road is gently sloping and there are double yellow lines immediately outside the property.
- There is on road parking available a few metres down the road subject to availability of spaces.
- Other on road parking is available nearby whilst pay parking is available at the beach (two car parks) and by arrangement at the Wel Parc Hotel.
Pedestrian access
- This is via steps direct from the road to a terrace area leading to the front door and to a side door leading to the rear garden and a further terrace and laundry room again accessed via steps.
- At the front there are 2 steps up into the hallway via the entrance porch.
- Internal door widths are relatively narrow (75-90cm on average).
- The ground floor comprises a hallway, living room and dining room with a kitchen leading off this room.
- There is a stairway from the hall to the first floor.
- The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over, WC and wash basin.
