Enter by either the front door into the porch with plenty of space for muddy boots and hooks for coats and into the hall. Or come in via the side entrance straight to the outside shower to wash down your wetsuit or sandy feet.  

The comfy sitting room has a log burner, two large sofas and easy chair, large smart television with DVD player and a selection of videos for all tastes and ages.  There are dozens of maps and books, both of local interest and novels.  There are various games for adults and children.

A door at the end of the hall leads to the kitchen /dining room, which is a spacious open plan living space.  Well equipped kitchen area which has all the usual equipment including a dishwasher, fridge, cooker, slow cooker and microwave.  There is an additional fridge freezer in the Utility room.

The dining area has an extendable table and chairs, sofa and various tables, dresser and door to the terrace.

​The south west facing kitchen/dining area gives lots of room to sit and chat while preparing a meal or watching the chef bbq on the terrace.  It’s a great social space, allowing everyone to relax.  Others can adjourn to the sitting room to watch television or enjoy a few moments to rest or read while the activity is happening in the well-equipped fitted kitchen with cooker and extractor, larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 11/2 bowl sink.
