THE COTTAGE has a spacious open plan fully fitted kitchen/diner with door to the south facing terrace and garden, sitting room with log burner, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, outside laundry room with washing machine, hot outside shower and wc.
ENTRANCE Enter through either by the front door into the porch or via the side entrance straight to the outside shower to wash down your wetsuit or sandy feet.
SITTING ROOM with log burner, two large sofas and easy chair, large smart television with DVD player and a selection of videos for all tastes and ages. There are dozens of maps and books, both of local interest and novels. There are various games for adults and children.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM a spacious open plan living space with a kitchen and dining area. Well equiped kitchen which has all the usual equipment including a dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. There is an additional fridge freezer in the Utility room.
The dining area has an extendable table and chairs, sofa and various tables, dresser and door to the terrace.
UPSTAIRS
OUTSIDE
Sunny enclosed garden, with two terraced areas and lawn.
There is a side entrance from the road to the back garden to avoid traipsing through the house with sandy shoes.
PARKING: there is on-road parking just outside the cottage with further parking around the corner. The Well Parc Inn offers on-site parking which is a two-minute walk. Please ask them for details www.wellparc.co.uk

- BEDROOM 2: A double bedroom with 4’6” bed, chest of drawers.
- BEDROOM 3: Full size 3’ bunk beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves. Space for a further childs bed. Door to: EN SUITE BATHROOM with bath and shower over, wc and basin.
- FAMILY SHOWER ROOM: with large walk in shower, wc and basin.
OUTSIDE
Sunny enclosed garden, with two terraced areas and lawn.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: with sink, washing machine, fridge freezer and handing for wetsuits. We have acquired a large selection of wetsuits for people to use if they don’t have their own. Also buckets, spades, body boards and garden games.
- OUTSIDE WC: with basin.
- OUTSIDE HOT SHOWER: wonderful for washing down wetsuits or a summer shower in the sunshine.

Where we are: Trevone Bay, Cornwall
Trevone Bay is a historic town, Wadebridge was the lowest fording point of the tidal River Camel with chapels on either side to allow travellers to pray for a safe crossing. It is a local legend that the bridge was built on bales of wool to help stabilise the mud however an alternative explanation is that it was built on the profits of the local wool trade. It now benefits from a bypass but do stop off as there are many local and national retail outlets, take-aways and larger supermarkets. The town is central for cycling the Camel Trail. Originally the Wadebridge and Bodmin Railway line which opened in 1834 it became the Camel Trail when it was closed in the early 1980s. The very popular route is mostly level and there are lots of little coves and places to stop along the way.
